Makeup artist Paul Starr found dead in his home
Also passing away on Tuesday was Paul Starr, a makeup artist who worked on such beauties as Angelina Jolie, Mariah Carey, Jennifer Garner, Jessica Alba and even tried to help Renee Zellweger. He was found dead in his L.A. apartment Tuesday after not being seen for a few days, WWD reports. He was 48.
A cause of death was not given, but a friend said his door had to be broken down to make the discovery. He had been a fixture in the industry for more than two decades, working in both film and fashion, acting as a makeup artist for designers like Jean Paul Gaultier, Vivienne Westwood, Dolce & Gabbana and Sass & Bide, the site said.
